RAW MANGO PICKLE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 chopped Raw Mango
- 1 Tea Spoon Chilly Powder
- Salt
- 1 Tea Spoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds
- 4-5 Curry Leaves
- A Pinch of Asafoetida
- Take a bowl and add Raw Mango, Salt and Chilly Powder.
- Mix it well and keep it aside
- Now, take a pan and heat olive oil in it.
- Now, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida in it and mix well.
- Now add this tadka in the mixture of Raw Mango and mix it well.
- Now, refrigerate the pickle for 2 days.
