RAW MANGO PICKLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 chopped Raw Mango
  • 1 Tea Spoon Chilly Powder
  • Salt
  • 1 Tea Spoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds
  • 4-5 Curry Leaves
  • A Pinch of Asafoetida
PROCESS:

  1. Take a bowl and add Raw Mango, Salt and Chilly Powder. 
  2. Mix it well and keep it aside
  3. Now, take a pan and heat olive oil in it.
  4. Now, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida in it and mix well.
  5. Now add this tadka in the mixture of Raw Mango and mix it well.
  6. Now, refrigerate the pickle for 2 days.
Serve it with hot chapatis or with whatever you like. :)
