KHEER
INGREDIENTS:
- Half Spoon Ghee
- 6-7 Golden Raisins
- Half Litre Milk
- Half Bowl Soaked Rice
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Condensed Milk
- Orange Zest
- A pinch of Cinnamon
- In a pan heat Ghee and roast Golden Raisins in it for 1 minute.
- In another pan heat Milk till it is boiled.
- Add Rice to it and mix it for 15-20 minutes so that no lumps are formed.
- Now add Sugar to it and mix for around 5minutes on low flame.
- Now add Condensed Milk and again mix well.
- Now add Orange Zest and Cinnamon in it and let it boil on low flame.
- Now switch off the flame and transfer the Kheer in a bowl.
- Now garnish Kheer with Golden Raisins and some Powdered Sugar.
