MANGO RAITA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 Sliced Mango
- 1/4 Sliced Cucumber
- Crushed Mint Leaves
- 2 Tea Spoon Honey
- 1 Tea Spoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds
- 3-4 Curry Leaves
- 1 Red Chilli
- In a bowl, add Yoghurt, Mango, Cucumber and mix well.
- Now, add mint leaves and Honey to it.
- Now, in a pan add olive oil and heat it. After that, add cumin seeds, Curry Leaves and Red Chilli to it.
- Now add the olive oil in the bowl of Yogurt and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve it cold.
