MANGO RAITA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 Sliced Mango
  • 1/4 Sliced Cucumber
  • Crushed Mint Leaves
  • 2 Tea Spoon Honey
  • 1 Tea Spoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds
  • 3-4 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Red Chilli
PROCESS:

  1.  In a bowl, add Yoghurt, Mango, Cucumber and mix well.
  2. Now, add mint leaves and Honey to it.
  3. Now, in a pan add olive oil and heat it. After that, add cumin seeds, Curry Leaves and Red Chilli to it.
  4. Now add the olive oil in the bowl of Yogurt and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve it cold.
Enjoy it with Fried Rice. :)
